Our advanced facilities allow us to offer a wide range of casting capabilities to meet diverse industrial needs.  We can produce parts ranging from small precision components to large castings up to 2,000 kg. High dimensional accuracy is ensured, with tolerances up to CT3 as per ISO 8062-3. Whether for prototypes or large production runs, our flexible capacity supports consistent, high-quality output.

From Prototypes to Mass production

Our foundry is designed for efficiency and scalability. We operate multiple casting lines and melting furnaces capable of handling a wide range of part sizes and alloy types. With an annual production capacity of over 3,500 tons, we support both short-run and high-volume orders. Our facility also includes CNC machining centers, heat treatment and surface treatment equipment, and measuring equipment to ensure fast turnaround and reliable performance from casting to finished part.

From raw material inspection to final dimensional checks, we follow strict quality control procedures to ensure each part meets customer specifications. Our facility is equipped with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), spectrometer, hardness testers, and other precision instruments. We inspect chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional accuracy to ensure compliance with international standards. Consistent documentation and traceability support reliable and repeatable results for every batch.
