Our foundry in Qingdao, China, is equipped with modern production lines and advanced inspection equipment to maintain consistent quality throughout manufacturing. We support multiple metal casting processes and alloy options to produce custom casting parts with reliable dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and surface finishes tailored to project requirements.

Our ISO-certified quality management systems support process traceability, production consistency, and compliance with applicable industry standards. Combined with practical manufacturing expertise and in-house CNC machining, our custom metal casting capabilities help OEM customers source casting parts and machined components that meet agreed specifications and delivery schedules.

Our advanced foundry facilities support diverse metal casting requirements, from small precision components to large castings weighing up to 2,000 kg. With dimensional tolerances up to CT3 per ISO 8062-3, we produce custom casting parts for prototypes and large production runs, ensuring consistent quality for OEM projects.

From Prototypes to Mass production

Our foundry combines multiple casting lines and melting furnaces to handle diverse part sizes and alloys. With an annual capacity exceeding 3,500 tons, we support both small-batch and high-volume OEM orders. In-house CNC machining, heat treatment, surface treatment, and inspection equipment enable integrated metal casting production from raw casting to finished part.
